Today we had the great news that France will allow us in without the need to quarantine for 7 days. Luckily both Carlos and I had two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine. On the other hand, we found out that we can enter only after 14 days from the second injection; therefore, we have to wait until the 17th of June to cross the English Channel.
We are actually quite happy about it and we decided to have a very slow day.
We walked 10 km surrounded by stunning views; no houses, roads or cars, just us and nature.
Once in a while, there was a little country road leading to a farmhouse. We encountered sheep, goats, horses cows. They all seem to be attracted by our hiking trolley; perhaps they hope for some food.
Willing to relax we found a very nice campsite, and we couldn’t resist. Without thinking twice, we pitched our tent, and few nice friends came to pay a visit.
Enjoying life, followed by some good and natural food, here we are testing our musical skills 😅
